My sister sarah turned 30 this month and we all huddled into Moustache bar in Dalston for the festivities, lots of fun was had, here are a couple of POP pics, we made Moustache POPs of course and everyone loved them!
It's a POP EXCLUSIVE!!! Marble POPs have finally hit POP Bakery, with the help of trusty Maya we invented these beauties. I have always wanted to do marble POPs, finally got them as beautiful as I imagined way back when I was dreaming up these creations at uni two years ago now! a friend said these were reminiscent of Damien Hirst paintings so I popped them to on the blog.Do look pretty similar!
Good POPping at the moment, 1000 delivered to Topshop today for the first batch of St Pauls POPs, hope they are enjoyed by all! Then a bit of fun making a circus cake for Panida, a dear friend of the POP family, love the red, oooh excited to POP Christmas cakes, beautiful reds and trees and pudding POPs! Yay, can't wait to decorate the bakery.
A common phrase at POP Bakery now, we tried making beautiful POPs with orange and purple flowers and then green ones with pink flowers for extra POP factor, and they had exactly that, but when I uploaded the image onto my computer it seems that my camera must be on the way out, it created coincidently this POP art style image- how convenient!
Upside down POPs are so photogenic, lovely Fraser and Parsley wanted them for their latest event, honour to be involved in one of their events, lovely company, and what a beautiful Photo by Eddy Judd.
Aren't these just fantastic, beautiful Indian Maya who POPs away with me in busy months is an aspiring photographer-as we can see from these lovely pics of the POP Circus!
Just finishing up the POPs for French Connection tomorrow, their invitation had these manikin heads on them so thought it would be cute to do little manikin POPs for the event, particularly like the moustache ones, another time I could do all different facial hair POPs!
Today was quite enough for me to go to a fabulous new art shop- CASS Art which has just opened in Hampstead and buy some fun new pro-markers. Some for my POP designs and some for my sister who is mega artistic and needs to get back on it and start drawing again, she is in fashion so thought it would be good for her to prep her pages each week which can be found n You Magazine! Here are my plans for halloween, think the Jack Skull was the most successful, and multi-coloured pumpkins should be fun! Will put up my sisters pics once she manages a few!
A blue day got better when we discovered how beautiful gold leopards are, and a Russian Dolly had a baby- AND Topshop just placed a potential whopper of an order later this month- better get the troops in!
